I am very sore this morning and am in need of a hot tub and nice massage! OUCH! I have been following Arnold S. routine for good Triceps and Bicep building more lately. The results are good as I wanted it to be, adding a good inch to girth to arms and better definition after a few month's. Early on in my younger years I used 3 of the motions that he suggested to build good Bi's but I hardly worked Tri's due to thinking they would not matter as much and naturally mine were pretty good anyway so I only did one routine. Triceps push down was the only motion I did and anything else was built from secondary motion movement. I am good in the GYM but tend to push aside things I should have done like work Tri's , Shoulders, and chest a bit more. I just went for favorite areas like lats, calves, and Biceps. I thought Bi's and Tri's where 50/50 but learned that Tri's make up 2/3 of arm girth which for some reason I am not sure how that got passed me all these years. So now I do at least 4 Tri's on Mon, Fri. and 5 Bi movements on Wed. along with intense shoulder workouts which are the ones that have shocked me. Chest is getting a bit but I have made shoulders my main focus for now due to injury from last Judo tournament I had which screwed it up a bit along with them just being weak I think due to Genetic flaw. Shoulders are forming as well as the neck is following with it and I am wanting more and more each day I target that area seeing the effects it has had on me. I just don't feel that they are big enough or strong enough yet!

Been taking time to to rewind myself back a bit and picking up pieces lost within me. I think going back to when I had a good diet of eating the best " which now is a lot better" foods you can get, going to GYM regularly, and just focusing on things I want out of life and out of those which I can really do most of all. So out comes the warrior within more dominant than ever. Ever since the very first Ultimate fighter match I have wanted to be in those ranks amongst the top true warriors of the world. I don't believe in knives, guns, bombs, tanks, ships, plains or weapons of mass destruction. I Believe in the Flesh, blood, bone and muscle in which started the fight! Which controls the fight! For what! For Life, Love, Respect, Family, Independence, Freedom, Pride, spirit, Glory, and many more just add to it wrong or right there was a reason to fight and show our abilities. Over time it has been tainted by Machine, science, good and evil in every aspect. But the fact remains without flesh and blood there is nothing. I am a fighter! I am a warrior! I fought in Judo matches in the mid 90's going against average students from other states to Marines out of paris island. I fought in a black belt tournament as 1of only 2 white belt level fighters against black belt level teachers and students from many different states which resulted me instantly gaining a belt after I just went up a belt. Thanks to my teacher " Cecil Queen" Who will always be my true teacher in Judo. I bought 3 fights that day and on my last he said ready up! I bought you more. You are gonna earn another belt before the days out! I fought 11 fights in one day. I was 197, lightest in my weight division and that is pretty Fucking HardCore. I came out with Scratches, hair pulled, eye poked, bruises, tired and sore. But I came out with a smile on my face! Now @ 220and working on myself continuously for only 3 or 4 months now. I have pretty good lungs now, Went from 225 down to 217 back to 220 adding mass and still working on it. I will get a taste of what I want! I am gonna get training in Muay Ty from a friend @ Knuckle Up when the funds allow soon. My best friend from way back in middle school John " The Real Digg" Trigg Is the one I look to for the boxing skills. I never thought of that area of training, but if I choose to learn then he is the one I want teaching me. I will continue to search for a DoJo that will accept my USJA life membership keep with the Judo Training when it comes about. Seems that most just want lots of money and do not honor the USJA lifer. All this that I am doing is what is going to balance my life out for the better. It will help me heal on my level. I have been told you are to old, will be starting to late and other negative shit. Anybody that truly knows me, knows that I don't believe in to old! If you told a Viking warrior he was to old to fight @ the age of 55 or 65 he would beat the Holy Shit out of you with his bare hands and you would wish he would have just cut off your head. But then who would be left to carry the story? The one with the Ass whopping has to carry it. I am sure I will have a few more coming, But not by a lesser fighter! I plan on my name going on through the ranks. I am out for Blood!

In my teens I wore shredded, ripped, raggedy cloths and had long hair then also. When my hair air dries it starts to look like small rolled dreads, Kinda straw thick. One day i walked to a friend's house when it started to rain then the sun came out and well the hair did it's thing. When I got to the friend's house this asshole was there that later when I left said I looked like a fucking scarecrow and wanted to kick my ass" for no reason". My good friend told me and said hey it fits " due to my loner antisocial personality to go with the attire" so he started to call me by that! I did not like it but it stuck.I told him to tell the the jerk to meet me at the local hang to scrap and was gonna thank him after I kicked his ass for the nickname. I was 16 or 17 then and two years later he apologized and I thanked him then. I am 34 and the name is forever stuck with me. But it is hard to claim it due to others having the same, so I put my lucky numbers behind it or NAS before it due to being a part of NIGHTMARE ARMOR STUDIOS. Put a dot com behind that and you will see a part of who I am. If your a Gears of War or Halo fan then you must check us out!

Marriott Construction

    <lj:music>COMBICHRIST</lj:music>

I was told by a friend that some person or people were asking about the progress and the access of the Marriott due to construction. I am the man with the answers for the most part. I have been on this project since late September 06 and a lot has changed since then. At this moment all convention halls on the right side have been stripped, totally remodeled and are in use at this moment.Right side entrance has been remodeled and a set of heavy traffic stairs have been added to the far right that takes you up to LL which dumps you into the hall that connects tower 1 and 2 on each side of the Marriott are finished. That hall is finished also and two emergency exits are added to the very front of the Marriott coming down to the sidewalk. Right side LL which had Champs sport bar, pool etc. has been stripped front to back and now there is a new sports bar (High Velocity), Hibachi style grill i believe (Sear), and right of center the elevator on LL is the Pulse bar which was a piece of work to construct. I may post pics here or on my LJ site if anybody would like to see the progression. The pool has been stripped, cleaned, closed in and a new JBL speaker system surrounds it (would be good if they played good music) and all that I mentioned on the right side LL will be running in July. The left side entrance and high traffic stairs are 50 percent complete so they should be done by Dragon con. The back walled in balcony with the steps has been stripped and from pool side on LL across to the other side a floor has been added and covered with a roof which is still being work on right now. A lot of elevators have been installed her and there to make transport of gear and what not easier to the convention levels. I am working on one right now! Phase 2 will be started in a few weeks which will be left side where champs resides right now and some other restruant. I like Champs but I think High Velocity is replacing it, with the Champs staff of course. Left is gonna have 3 to 4 more floors added to the top of it and I am not sure what will be on those floors yet But from what I have been told they want to make the Marriott so that you don't have to go far food, shopping, booze or Starbucks even! Yes Starbucks is first store on the right and was the very first to finish and open as I predicted. That has been a while and it was a hit from the moment it opened. The eye shape openings in the floor on LL have been sealed on right and the 2 to the back are being reconstructed to hold a new set of escalators that takes you from LL down to the existing set that goes to the back entrance. O.K.! Here is what is rumored. Possible bridges from Hyatt to Marriott to Hilton which will make the Con so much better with the flow of patrons. Not sure when if so due to the fact that we will have to shut down the street to build them. With an exit dumping right behind the Marriott has got them all thinking not but they know that it will help the convention flow a lot better if they do add them. I look forward to enjoying what I have constructed as I am a very proud Union Ironworker of Local 387 and I will be running around in the Gears of War suit this year as well as the very famous Halo suit. I am also one of the Nightmare Armor crew and we aim to make our mark. If you have any questions just ask and I will try to keep you posted on what to look forward to. SCARECROW out!

So I guess now is better than never!
Lots of work and no play. Ok a little play, went out a few nights to the club I think. Saw Rob Zombie again and did not get to chat with him after the show AGAIN! But JOHN 5 is the coolest and I gave him a predator mask this time. Thanks again MIKE for the hook up Bro and might I add that John in my opinion is the baddest guitarist on this Fucking earth. At first I was not sure about him playing for Rob I guess mostly because he stands out with the white hair. But that is not what stood out after watching him play! He is the best that’s ever played with Rob, Not saying the others were not good but he is the best by far. Anyway!!! Dragoncon was fun as it should be when you have a suite to retire to thanks to John F for having us room with him this year. I,m in for next and every year after if you’ll have us Bro. Suits where a hit and for those of you who did not notice or were not around me at ant point Sat. or Sun. night, I was Fucking drunk! Yes, Mr. straight edge was drunk and CREEPI has it on video (damn her). Well I had enough of this typing shit! BYE! Oh check out the new but slowly updated nightmarearmorstudios.com site. I have a link on the links page and I am one of the models in 3 of the suits. The wolf suit, element suit and master chief which is not on site due to msn copy blah blah blah them motherfuckers.

Hope everyone is having a good day, I'm doing yard work.
I just gave up my Jin Roh suit to be Ebayed starting at 1500. I need cash for the cars so I had to. I will make another sometime after dragon con. The Halo suit is staying though, can't seem to part with it. Been meaning to comment on the Rob Zombie show! It was great what I got to see of it being that I was taking care of Totally Fucked up chicks. Got after show passes compliments of a very good friend who I will not mention unless he speaks up and says he don't mind. I just would not want people to harass him for hook ups on that kinda shit.But I thank him greatly for it! I was not going to take the offer at first because I figure most Rock stars would want to have chicks and would rather just hang and drink, smoke, what ever. Being the hardcore straight edge I am I declined. But later it dawn on me, Here is my chance to offer Rob a free suit of our design or his own as long as it get to be in a movie or video so that we at Nightmare Armor gets notice for it. He is the kind of person we would do this for because of his style of costuming and props. So anyway I also would like to thank John 5 (I gave him the site addresses and I hope he checks this and other sites out) for being the cool motherfucker he is and doing my friend the favor of giving me the passes instead due to my friends absence. I got to meet him and he was a cool guy, Rob was busy with interviews with turner classic and I had no time to hang around because I was a D&D and had drunk babes to tend to. Would like to have hung out as long as possible and I'm sure Chyna would have like to even though she said she didn't care. But I did bring a Tribal version of the Predator bio face mask with all of our signatures on it at nightmare armor studios to give to Rob as a token along with business cards. John 5 took it to give him and I went on my merry way but forgot to mention to him that I plan on making another mask for him for the pass hook up. I will hook my good friend up as well ! I will have to get them one as soon as I can.
::x-posted scarecrow.la::

Well I decided to start a new one for NIGHTMARE ARMOR STUDIOS that I might be able to keep up with. The last one , somebody got bored with and deleted it. I am gonna do what I can to keep fresh news coming about what is going on, conventions we will be attending, new things we will be coming out with " if it is not top secret", ETC. I do believe I am going to try to get more involved in what goes on with the studio, hitting the conventions if I can get the time off or what ever. So be looking for it when it gets started, I will be putting up pictures of some cool shit!
::x-posted scarecrow.la::

Al Lewis was born on April 30, 1910, in Brooklyn,
New York, to parents of Polish and German descent.
Lewis attended Thomas Jefferson High School. Not quite sure what he wanted to do with his life, he tried a Number of professions including salesman, waiter, owner of a poolroom, and store detective.
In the late 1920s, he worked as a circus clown, riding a unicycle and performing stunts on the trapeze bar. Later, Lewis taught school and wrote two children's books.
Lewis received a Ph.D. in child psychology from Columbia University at age thirty-one. He has read almost a book a day since he was eleven, he says.

In 1949, at the suggestion of a friend, Lewis turned to acting and joined the Paul Mann Actor's Workshop in New York. There, with classmates Sidney Poitier and Vic Morrow, he developed a comedic style and a showcase for his commendable dramatic talent.
Lewis worked in burlesque and vaudeville theaters across the country, which led to other theater endeavors and eventually to Broadway. He made New York his home base but traveled extensively and settled in Italy for a short period. By the 1950's television was booming, and Lewis took advantage of the medium. He was seen, if not heard, on almost every live show out of New York.
He landed the role of Officer Leo Schnauser on "Car 54, Where Are You?-the successful Nat Hiken series that also starred Fred Gwynne. The series ran from 1961 to 1963.
While finishing up a Broadway run of Do Re Mi with Phil Silvers and Nancy Walker, he was summoned along with Fred Gwynne to test for"The Munsters."
In early 1964, when Lewis began playing Grandpa Munster, he probably did not realize that he would be remembered forever for his portrayal of the petulant third-rate wizard of the Munster clan. "Fans treat me like an icon," he says.
He enjoys the smiles he gives people as Grandpa, but for all the recognition he receives, there is one particular actor he reveres: "In my humble opinion, and nothing about me is humble," he says, "Chaplin was the only genius who ever worked in Hollywood. No question about it. In fact, I got to meet him at John Garfield's house once."
After "The Munsters," Lewis made countless appearances in television and motion pictures, performed on the dinner theater circuit around the country and even owned a brokerage firm in Los Angeles for a time. Lewis, a closet intellectual, is also an avid college basketball fanatic, has scouted for several basketball teams, and has been featured in Sports Illustrated. His eye for athletes is great and is trusted by many coaches.
Lewis pulled up stakes and moved to New York shortly after his divorce from his wife, Marge. He opened a restaurant, appropriately called Grampa's, in Greenwich Village, and the business has led to plans for opening a few more Italian eateries around the Big Apple.
Lewis appears around the country donning the familiar tuxedo that made him famous and continues to act in television and motion pictures. Despite the passage of time, he looks well and boasts of fantastic health. He has a home video out for children and appears on WTBS cable in a series of Saturday morning programs for children.
When asked what accomplishment he is proudest of he firmly replies,
"My three sons."
